• Care instructions:

1. Avoid wearing during exercise, as sweat will react with the jewelry to produce silver chloride and copper sulfide, which causes the jewelry to deteriorate and corrode over time.

2. While wearing the pearl jewelry, avoid exposure to the sun and contact with highly volatile substances such as perfume and hairspray, as it will easily fade in color and lose its luster.

We currently offer Standard Shipping rates which are calculated at checkout. We currently ship to US and US Territories including: P.O. Boxes, All US Military bases, APO/FPO, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With domestic US couriers, standard shipping typically arrives in 5-10 business days. We also currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand. With international couriers, standard shipping typically arrives in 5-10 business days. We cannot guarantee shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

Soulshine Design offers both print-on-demand, custom products and manufactured products. Custom-made ("Made to Order") product info is available on each product page where applicable. Custom products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported for these products if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

For manufactured products, only US orders are eligible for return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time. Final sale & non-returnable categories include: bodysuits, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear. Returnable items will be accepted for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
